Status Panel
The status bar is placed at the bottom of the MapManager window and provides status information about the current parameters. The status bar contains the following information located from the left side to the right:
The checkbox provides the option to disable the map rendering temporarily. This option can speed up setting multiple parameters without requiring to wait for the intermediary drawing operations.
The zoom parameter displays the current zoom width (i.e.. the width of the map view) in map units. When zooming in or out the zoom width will automatically change according to the new extent.
The scale parameter displays the current scale of the map. When zooming in or out the scale will automatically change accordingly to reflect the new extent.
The cursor position parameter displays the current (X Y) position of the cursor in map coordinates. Changing the map unit and the spatial reference of the map will affect the values.
